- Started doing many urologic procedures percutaneous Nephrostomy, PCNL, Radical Cysto-Prostatectomy, Radica Prostatectomy, Penile Prosthesis surgery, etc for the first time in Trichy
- Presented 17 collections of Innovations under the title ‘ Innovations Galore’ and won prizes at National, South Zonal and state levels
- Conducted 5 national editions, 2 south zone editions and 2 Tamilnadu editions of the program “What the looks do not bell us but we wish they did”
- Past Honorary Secretary of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry Association of urologists for 4 years 2004-2008
- Past president of Association of southern Urologists 2016-2017
